Ooh, paging Dr Freud...
I got home from work at 3am this morning, having started at my customary 9:30am the previous day. I snatched six hours of restless, fitful sleep before having to get back into the office.
My only recollection of the night's confused, unsettling dreams is the image of me hacking away at my pinstripe suit (whilst still wearing it) with a pair of dressmaker's scissors.

longing to pursue something more creative (dressmakers shears) but feel restrained by the drag of a 9.30-3am job (the suit?)... ?
or perhaps you secretly hate pinstripes and secretly have a more rebellious & flashy dress-sense.
.
Jahv - as far as I see it, the suit represents the job, to which I did not feel particularly favourably disposed after working till 2am :-)
If I feel I need something more creative, I have failed - Hydragenic was set up precisely to provide that creative outlet.
Nic - when we were based in London, I used to start at 8am. I changed my hours because of the difference between public transport and driving. I could do 8am on the former because of the opportunity for sleep, but I've found that sleeping at the wheel is not so clever :-)
i see a connection here, between the suit, the comments about you looking superior last friday, and the fear of photographs... Let me know when you get hold of the doctor, Gert.
