On the day of Caroline's birthday itself, we took the train to London Bridge and then walked along the river's edge, via Hays Wharf and Butlers Wharf, to the Design Museum. After spending an hour or two at the museum, we headed west to Victoria, to meet up with others for a superb Massive Attack concert at the Brixton Academy later that evening.
